This summer, Corporal Cervel and his military team will guide you through a 3-hour training session! Don’t worry—you won’t spend all that time struggling! This Boot Camp is a humorous team building experience where seriousness is just for show. But you’ll still have to give it your all to come out a winner.
Divided into battalions to compete as teams, you’ll face a series of strategic, physical, tactical, humorous, and sometimes even artistic challenges. Set in an incredibly realistic environment, you’ll progress through the Boot Camp dressed in authentic military uniforms straight from the Canadian Army.
Key to this summer team building activity are cohesion, teamwork, communication, and decision-making. Under Corporal Cervel’s guidance, you’re sure to see your colleagues in a whole new light!

Looking for a summer team building activity? The concept: The Conquest of the Northeast is made for you!
For this team building experience, become a Viking and set out to conquer the world. Over 2.5 to 3 hours, our team will immerse you completely in the skin of Björn Iron-Coast or Gorm the Old.
How does the team building activity work?
In teams, you will create your war cry, design your shields and colors. This is a creative activity to be done as a group. Based on each person’s personality, you will craft your group’s identity. You’ll learn to collaborate, share ideas, and respect each other to form a united team.
Then, with the help of our facilitators, you will build your war weapon for the ultimate battle against other groups (made up of your colleagues, of course). Catapults, all kinds of machines — anything goes to emerge victorious in this conquest. Our teams provide all the necessary materials.
We’ll see if your team strategies, internal communication, and creative and functional spirits are up to the challenge to make you the winners!

Inspired by the famous American show Amazing Race, it’s is a simple and very humorous summer team building activity!
Upon arrival, your group members are split into teams who must choose, within a given time, the challenges they think they can accomplish and set aside those they feel less confident about. They are free to go wherever they want and use any means they choose to complete their missions.
Along the route, hosts await them at specific checkpoints to give additional challenges, offering a chance to earn bonus points. These checkpoints are mandatory stops, which teams can visit whenever they see fit, but all must be completed before the final bell signals the end of the team building.
